Ananta then starts the session with talks on the topic of Natural Happiness.

We are so conditioned to look for happiness outside of ourself in objects of attention, people and experiences.

This is a happiness that is dependant on those objects that come and go and not everlasting, often leading to suffering and driving the search to find happiness and avoid pain.

Natural happiness is at the core of Being and is naturally what is left when we STOP and return to our inherent true nature.

In this session we explore all that stands in the way of the natural state and look at ways we can remove certain habits that we know are not supportive.

Some common subjects like ‘longing for the right lover’ are explored and the dream we may be carrying around that. What does it mean to become your own first lover?

We also look at releasing stress and the use of ‘De-armouring’.

The Divine Human is Awakening in us. In the very meeting of everything you take in, you cannot truly live That until you are willing to take the sword and cut this attachment to suffering.

In this session we explore the core wounds, abandonment, the difference between pain and suffering and what it is to come to your own fulfilment.

Ananta also shares and explains an exercise as a practice she used to transcend the mental levels during her time in prison.

Food being the first relationship to the material world and for most of us something we engage with almost every day of the life.

We can use it, respect it, love it, meet it in full connection or use it as a source of abuse and addiction.

When we have a healthy aligned connection with food that same thread runs through all relationships.

Food is after all energy, connecting with the energy you take in begins with how you meet and engage with food.

In this module we explore what it is to meet with no separation between Male/Female both within and without.

This then follows into the subject of trauma, triggers and what it is to stay connected in the midst of disconnection.

Sometimes, this is just not possible, we must grow as the space of free awareness that holds disconnection and the ‘other as myself’.

Pure Presence is the True Healer for everything.

What if we bring Presence as the healer that holds the space for a true meeting no matter what?

From Here Ananta introduces the practice of re-parenting and growing the space to hold whatever activation of past trauma or pain can appear. This way we can learn to open in the face of separation while in connection with the perceived other.

This is demonstrated as we move through some difficulty arising in the energy field between two participants.

When we can be the space for ourselves we can be the space for others. There is No separation.

Cultivating Self Compassion and Self Love

Once we clarify our True Nature as Consciousness itself, as Presence, as Love, we are asked to embody that within the most vulnerable moments, and within relationships and intimacy. We have to meet the child wound in a whole new way.

This session walks through these subjects as they play out through participants bringing deeply hidden aspects back into awareness during which Ananta offers a powerful tool to assist in the integration of these aspects.

We are being made New.

We walk through shadow material facing the emotional triggers and see how we can work with that internally and upgrade the frequencies of these energies. How we can meet every level consciously in an integrative way.

Real life situations playing out in the session are walked through experientially and we come to see the same stories that play out through all Human life without any separation.

At the end of the day it all depends on what we are here to value first and foremost, only then can we cut the identification with a separate entity. With a total commitment to what is deeply realized we come to meet the whole world of experience in a whole new way.
